LumberJack Hickory Blend
All around the world, Hickory is easily the most popular wood for smoking. Compared to our 100% Hickory pellets, this blend of 60% Oak and 40% Hickory provides a good balance between smoke and heat, making it difficult to “over smoke” your food. Over-smoking food results in a bitter taste, however that is not a concern with the Hickory Blend. Lumber Jack Hickory Blend wood BBQ pellets are good for everyday grilling and long overnight smokes.

Ol' Hickory, if you like bacon, (if you don't, then you are truly a minority, so stop reading now) why not use hickory, and use it on pork, don't matter what part of the pig, it works on all parts. Sure you can do beef, or chicken, or Hell goat if thats what you have, but do yourself a favour and get a pork butt (shoulder for the uninitiated) and smoke it over hickory, you won't be disappointed you did.
